How do I book my date?
Fill out the inquiry form and I'll reply within 24 hours with my pricing guide and a link to book your consultation call. A signed contract and a $250 non-refundable retainer reserve your date, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before your wedding or session. Payment plans are available.
When will I receive my photos?
Engagement galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks and wedding galleries within 6–8 weeks, in a private online gallery. Wedding recap videos are delivered in 6–8 weeks. Want them sooner? Add sneak peeks (10 edited images within 48 hours) or rush editing (your full wedding gallery within one week).
Do you travel outside DC?
Yes. Travel within 75 miles of Washington, DC is included. Beyond that, travel is $0.70 per mile, and destination weddings are quoted separately.
Can I customize my collection?
Absolutely. Every collection can be tailored with add-ons: an additional hour of coverage ($350), a second photographer ($500), a videographer for a recap film of at least 5 minutes ($600), sneak peeks ($200) and rush editing ($500).
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor sessions, if the weather makes shooting impossible, we'll reschedule to a date that works for both of us at no additional charge.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Cancellations made more than 3 months before your wedding date receive a refund of all payments except the $250 retainer; cancellations within 3 months are non-refundable. With at least 30 days' notice you may reschedule once at no charge, subject to availability. Any reschedule after the first carries a $200 fee.
Can you help us choose a location?
Yes. I'll suggest locations that suit your style and the season, from the DC War Memorial and the National Gallery of Art to the Library of Congress and quieter spots across Maryland and Virginia.
Can we share and print our photos?
Yes. I retain the copyright, and every collection includes usage rights so you can print, share and enjoy your photos for personal use.
